I have been using MFI Radiology services since 2013. In that time, I have found the reports from MFI to be amazingly detailed and accurate. It has almost become a game for me where I see something on the radiograph that looks suspicious, I check the radiology report, and sure enough it has been picked up and reported on. On a few occasions, I have received a phone call from Prof Monsour or Prof Ptasznik advising me of some radiological findings that deserved further investigation. In the days of 3D imagine, I worry about the responsibility of checking the whole volume, not just the dental related structures. Having MFI reporting makes me feel comfortable that we have not missed anything that I am not trained to diagnose, and my patients are receiving the best care.

Prof Ptasznik and his team have created a unique environment that values professionalism, strong relationships with referring clinicians, and outstanding patient care. Downloading images and the importation of reports can be challenging, but MFI is fast and seamless and their technical support team are professional, friendly and extremely efficient. I have always found Prof Ptasznik and this team of radiologists to be friendly, supportive and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about our relationship with the team at MFI.
